If you have a Moongate subscription, but cannot access your benefits or manage it in the Moongate app, you will need to connect your subscription.
Connect an Apple subscription
If your subscription was made using an Apple in-app purchase, you will need to restore purchases in the Moongate app:
Open the Menu by tapping the button on the top right of the Home screen.
Select "Subscriptions" then "Manage Subscription".
Choose "Restore Purchases".
Your subscription should now be connected, giving you access to your benefits as well as the ability to manage your subscription.
If your subscription is still not connected, you may not have an Apple subscription. To confirm you can check your Apple subscription history. You may also have a web subscription instead, see the section below for more information.

Connect a web subscription
If your subscription was made on our website or elsewhere on the web, you will need to sign in with the email address you used to create the subscription.
Open the Menu by tapping the button on the top right of the Home screen.
Select "Log in or Sign Up".
Choose "Continue with email".
Enter the email address you used when creating your subscription.
You will now receive an email containing a sign in button.
Click the sign in button using the device that has the Moongate app installed.
Your subscription should now be connected, giving you access to your benefits as well as the ability to manage your subscription.
