If you have a Moongate subscription and you would like to cancel:
Open the Menu by tapping the button on the top right of the Home screen.
Select "Subscriptions" then "Manage Subscription".
Choose the option to cancel the subscription or plan.
Follow the instructions to complete the cancelation.
If you do not see the "Manage Subscription" option mentioned above, you may need to connect your subscription to the Moongate app.
If you cannot connect your subscription to the Moongate app, you can try canceling it directly with the payment processor:
Cancel a subscription directly with Apple
Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
Tap your name at the top of the list.
Tap "Subscriptions".
Look for Moongate in this list.
If Moongate is shown as "Active", tap it and cancel the subscription from there.
Your subscription has now been cancelled.
If Moongate is not shown, or is shown as "Inactive", then your subscription is already cancelled and no further action is needed to cancel your Apple subscription.
Cancel a subscription made on the web
Navigate to the Moongate customer portal.
Enter the email address that you used to create your web subscription.
You should now receive an email containing a confirmation code. Copy this code, return to the browser, and paste it in to complete the sign in.
You can now see the details of your subscription.
Press "Cancel plan" and follow the instructions to cancel.
