Moongate gives you complete control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use Moongate, you can delete your account within the Moongate app.
⚠️ This process is permanent and CANNOT be undone.
To delete your Moongate account:
Open the Moongate app on your device.
Open the Menu by tapping the button on the top right of the Home screen.
Ensure you are signed in to Moongate using the account that you wish to delete.
Under the Account header, tap your name.
Tap "How can I delete my account".
Follow the instructions to confirm account deletion.
Your Moongate account has been removed from our system and your personal information has been deleted. If you would like to use Moongate again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Note: This will NOT automatically cancel subscriptions that you have made with Apple or other payment processors. You will still need to cancel these subscriptions.
