Using Moongate on your other devices

You can access your Moongate subscription across all of your personal devices. Just make sure you're signed in with the same account on each device.

Using Moongate on another device that you own

  1. Install Moongate from the App Store on your new device.

  2. Open the app and tap Sign In.

  3. Use the same sign-in method you used originally (e.g., Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Email).

Once signed in, your subscription benefits, playlists, and history from your account will be available on the new device.

It’s important to use the same account and sign-in method across all devices to access your subscription.

Switching accounts

If you accidentally signed in with the wrong account, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the menu button, in the top-right corner of the home screen.

  2. Tap Account (or your name at the top of the menu).

  3. Tap Log Out.

You can now sign back in using the correct account. Be sure to use the same email and sign-in method (Apple or Email) you originally used when creating your subscription.
