If you have been charged for Moongate, but would like to request a refund:
Requesting a refund transaction made with Apple
Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and log in with your Apple ID.
Select "Request a refund" and "I didn't mean to buy this" from the dropdown menus.
Select the Moongate subscription from the list, then submit your request.
Apple will notify you once they finish processing your request, typically within 48 hours.
If you don't see Moongate in the list of Apple transactions, please confirm that this subscription was made via the App Store. See your subscription history for more details.
